Before I even start, I must mention that I'm obsessed with the second outfit pictured. Thank you for lending your ear.
Now. Let's begin. Sleeveless jackets - I love them. I wear them all the time. I made a whole post on them a while back.
And here's why sleeveless jackets are great: they instantly enhance any outfit and take said outfit from plain to preppy. Well, maybe not preppy, if it's not a sleeveless blazer we're talking about. But I just wanted to make use of some alliteration, kk?
Take the first outfit above. You've got a very basic black dress. BORING. But, add the pink sleeveless trench jacket, and you've just put together a rockin outfit. Obviously, feel free to add those Stuart Weitzman sock boots. And those Gucci earrings. And that Chloe bag. And the other stuff there.
And take a look at the second outfit. While the yellow dress is pretty exciting in its own right, adding a pink sleeveless jacket creates a unique color contrast and look. Once again, feel free to add those white ankle boots and that white bucket bag, for even more color contrast. And those oversized pink sunglasses and fringe earrings, just to take things to a whole new level of cuteness.
And notice the third outfit. Where you've got a ruffled-sleeved turtleneck that's paired with some black skinny jeans. Again - nice, but pretty boring. Yet another example depicting how the sleeveless jacket instantly transforms an outfit. Oh, and add the accessories featured there too.
