This is it. For real this time.

This is the last of the summery apparel I shall be displaying on the blog for this year. After this, it's all boots and jackets and sweaters and longer skirts. So please, brace yourselves.

But let us be present and focus on what we have on hand here: the mini skirt. A hot weather staple. A summer garment. But also a spring and fall garment, if styled properly. Add tights and booties and a sweater in place of a tee and sandals and you've just transitioned your mini skirt from the summer to the fall.

My favorite mini skirt shape is definitely A-line. And my favorite way to style an A-line mini skirt is with a turtleneck and tights and boots. And my favorite mini skirt fabrics are denim and leather. And I'm done now.
