One Corduroy Skirt, 3 Ways
Here’s something I’ve learned about October: I don’t like it.
I mean, I don’t really have anything against October per se. Just the chill it brings with it. I don’t like the cold. I need longer, warmer days. And October doesn’t fulfill those needs for me.
Anyway.
Corduroy skirts. They’re a great colder-weather garment. Because corduroy is thick and durable and warm. And stylish and flattering. And so, I’ve taken one corduroy skirt, and styled it in three different ways for you.
First up, we’ve got possibly my favorite outfit of the three, because it’s a monochromatic look. The cream corduroy skirt is paired with a cream turtleneck, cream sock boots, and neutral-toned accessories and makeup. So good.
Second up, we’ve got the most casual outfit of the bunch. The corduroy knee skirt is styled with a bright sweater, chunky sneakers, a furry backpack, velvet scrunchies, and gold hoops. Youthful, and also, a look that takes us back a few decades. No, that’s not a paradox.
Last up is the most sophisticated outfit of the three. It’s chic and mature and lovely. The corduroy skirt is paired with a wrap knit and suede knee boots. Metal sunnies, a small satchel, and red lipstick complete the look.
