Miiiiiiid May. Is what it is. Currently. Month-wise. Season-wise, it’s spring. Day-wise, it’s Friday. Dress-wise, it’s poplin dress time.

Poplin. It’s a strong, sometimes cotton, fabric. I believe all, or at least almost all, of the dresses above are poplin of the cotton variety. It’s that fabric you see on those breezy summer dresses that are more structured and hefty than slinky and jersey. It’s the fabric you see in the dresses contained in this collage, basically. I’d venture to say the visuals above will depict poplin better than my words will here. Or, just think of scrubs, but in dress form.
