Ought Not To, Ought To: Sporty Sandals
I legitimately think it’s funny that I’m featuring yet another sandal post on the blog. Just this past Monday, I listed out the many summer footwear posts I’ve published thus far on the blog this season. But hey, what can I say, it also simply feels so right. I find it humorous, yes, but alas, I harbor no qualms.
But. If you are getting sick of the sandal shenanigans, what I can tell you with almost 100% (like 99.6%) certainty is that this’ll be the last sandal post for this season. The next time I feature shoes, they may just be of the boot variety. Cuz hey, it’s the last month of summer.
So. What we got? We got sporty sandals: so comfortable, casual, oftentimes platformed, and very much in style at the moment. It’s the sandal take on dad sneakers and I’m here for it.
I have three pairs of very expensive sporty sandals (or dad sandals) and slides. And six corresponding dupes in much more affordable price points for each style.
We’ve got flat(ish) black sporty sandals, double buckled and low-platformed slides, and mid-high platformed, strappy sandals to choose from.
