One Cape Jacket, 3 Ways
Jeffrey Campbell Over the Knee Boots
Before I say anything else, I must inform you that I am in love with the third outfit here. I mean, it's a slip dress. With a turtleneck under. And tights. And over-the-knee, tight fitted boots. And a furry bag and a diamond ear cuff. And of course, the most perfect cape jacket ever.
Okay, now we can begin. This post is the second in my series of "One {insert clothing item here}, 3 ways. The first post of this kind featured a sweater dress, styled 3 ways. Well, dare I say that I like these outfits a lot more than the sweater dress ones? Yes, I dare. I like these outfits more. I like them so much. And I think I already mentioned that I more than like the last outfit. Because I'm in love with it.
Capes and shawls, which I covered a few weeks back in another post, are a major trend right now. So it's only appropriate that I show you three different ways you can style a single cape. A single, gorgeous, tobacco colored, wool cape with a faux fur collar. It's only appropriate.
The first outfit depicts the cape paired with a sweater, mini skirt, tights, and booties. Cute, youthful, and lovely. The second outfit pairs the cape with black jeans, a cable knit sweater, heeled boots, and a tote bag. This outfit is a bit more mature and elegant. Also lovely. And the third outfit - well, you know how I feel about the third outfit already.
Get a cape. Pair it with a top and skirt. Or top and pants. Or dress. And boots. Or booties. Thank you.
On a completely unrelated note, true fact:
