Pleats: Preppy. Pretty. Trending.

Side point: I find a turtleneck sweater that's tucked into a mini pleated skirt and paired with a pair of knee boots to be one of the most adorable looks everrrrrrrr.

Another point I'd like to make: pleats are a trend for this season. But I mentioned this already. Sorry. Sometimes I reiterate.

Pleats present a conundrum. Because somehow, while a mini pleated skirt or dress is youthful and cheery and preppy-looking, a midi pleated skirt or dress is mature and formal and conservative. Go figure.
